About The Position

The Palletizer Operator will work in a cold environment (30 to 45 degrees) and will be required to safely operate a forklift, conveyors, and palletizing equipment. The role involves manual stacking and palletizing, requiring the ability to lift up to sixty (60) pounds. The operator must keep accurate records of inventory and communicate clearly with other sections of the production line. Additionally, the operator will check codes and labels to ensure accuracy and must agree to work according to Good Manufacturing Practices. Flexibility in scheduling and willingness to perform other duties assigned by a supervisor is also required.

Requirements

• Self-motivated, detail oriented, honest, and hard working.
• Ability to keep up with rapid pace production.
• Ability to write and document information accurately and thoroughly.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 60 lbs.).
• Ability to work in a cold environment (30 to 45 degrees).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Must pass background check and drug test.
