Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Manufacturing experience (1+ year preferred)
- Mechanical aptitude & hand-tool skills
- Team player with strong communication
Responsibilities
- Load & unload fixtures and parts
- Debur, package, and prep components
- Perform in-process inspections
- Change tools, rotate inserts & adjust programs
- Pressure test parts & troubleshoot issues
- (Level II & III) Set up jobs, edit programs & work with CMM reports
