About The Position

Were looking for dedicated individuals to join our warehouse team as Pallet Sorters a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly and safely. What Youll Do Sort pallets by manufacturer, quality, and grade through visual inspection. Identify and assess repair needs using established criteria. Meet production goals while maintaining high standards of quality. Follow safety protocols to help us achieve our Plan To Zero (PTZ) goals. Requirements

  • Familiarity with pallet jacks; forklift experience is a plus (training provided).
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks.
  • Experience in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Sort pallets by manufacturer, quality, and grade through visual inspection.

  • May operate a forklift safely and efficiently (certification provided).
