Nice To Haves

Familiarity with pallet repair tools (nail gun, hammer, pry bar, grinding wheel, Sawzall) is a plus.
Forklift experience and certification preferred, but not required.
Experience in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Follow all safety protocols to help us achieve our Plan To Zero (PTZ) goals.
Evaluate pallets for damage and perform repairs using nail guns, hammers, pry bars, and other tools.
Accurately sort pallets by quality and grade after inspection and repair.
Maintain consistent productivity and quality standards in a production-based role.
Collaborate with a diverse team and take on additional duties as assigned.
Practice Clean as You Go and maintain good housekeeping throughout your shift.
Safely lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive motions including bending, twisting, and reaching.
May be required to operate a forklift (training and certification provided).
