About The Position

M&M Industries is a U.S.-based manufacturer of plastic pails and packaging solutions. We operate in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where safety, organization, and efficient material flow are critical to daily operations. The Pallet Puller is responsible for transporting completed pallets using a manual pallet jack and supporting palletizing and wrapping activities. This role helps ensure finished products are properly staged, banded, and ready for the next step in the production or shipping process while maintaining a clean and safe work area.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized
• High School Diploma or GED required
• No prior experience required
• Ability to push, pull, lift, and transport loads weighing 45–50 pounds on a frequent basis
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment that may include hot or cold conditions
• Ability to wear required PPE at all times (safety glasses, hearing protection, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
• Make trays and place them on pallets as needed
• Identify and use the correct color trays according to production orders
• Pull completed pallets and replace empty pallets using a manual pallet jack
• Load completed parts from catch tables onto pallets as needed
• Band product together using manual banding equipment when required
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S principles
• Perform all other duties as assigned
