Requirements
- Dependable and punctual — you show up ready to work
- Able to lift 50 lbs. and stay active throughout the day
- Comfortable using basic tools (or eager to learn)
- Positive attitude, team mindset, and a good sense of humor go a long way
Responsibilities
- Assemble wooden pallets used in product shipments
- Handle materials safely and efficiently using basic hand tools
- Keep your space clean and organized to support a safe work environment
- Work independently or with a small crew to meet daily production goals
- Communicate with the team when materials are low or help is needed
