About The Position

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about solving real-world challenges and delivering high-impact results. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data problems into actionable solutions. You will have proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, TypeScript, and/or React, and hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry, including Ontology, Slate, Workshop, or AIP. Additionally, expertise in building and optimizing data pipelines and backend microservices using Spring Boot and REST APIs is essential. Experience deploying on AWS cloud platforms and optimizing infrastructure for cost and performance is also required. Familiarity with LLMs and Generative AI integration is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent communication skills are necessary to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and the ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and thrive in client-facing, fast-paced environments is crucial.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering or data engineering experience.
• Direct experience embedding with client teams and delivering production-grade solutions.
• Prior experience with Spark / PySpark and distributed computing frameworks.
• Familiarity with federal or enterprise clients is a plus.
