Acrisure is seeking a Forward-Deployed Engineer (FDE) to join our growing team in Atlanta or Austin. This role is ideal for a skilled full-stack engineer who is enthusiastic about Palantir technologies (Foundry, AIP, Ontology, etc.) to build impactful, scalable data products and solutions.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of experience building data-driven products and systems.
  • Strong full-stack engineering foundation (Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, SQL proficiency).
  • Experience with event-driven architectures, API integrations, and cloud-native CI/CD pipelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business workflows into scalable technical solutions.
  • Effective communicator with a systems-thinking mindset.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Palantir Foundry, AIP, or other data-platform technologies (strong plus but not required — candidates with a solid full-stack engineering background who are eager to learn Palantir are encouraged to apply).
  • Prior experience in insurance or financial services.
  • Familiarity with machine learning concepts such as retrieval-augmented generation and human-in-the-loop models.
  • Demonstrated enablement leadership (documentation, coaching, reusable templates).

Responsibilities

  • Translate complex insurance workflows into scalable technical solutions that leverage Palantir Foundry and AIP.
  • Design and implement data pipelines using Pipeline Builder and Code Repositories to create a robust, governed data foundation.
  • Model insurance domain logic in the Ontology with objects, links, Action Types, and Functions.
  • Build operational applications centered on business value and KPIs using Workshop, OSDK, and Quiver.
  • Develop and support AI agents with AIP Agent Studio, Logic, Evals, and Observability tools.
  • Work closely with internal domain teams and, as needed, Palantir Forward Deployed engineers to ensure scalable, reusable solutions with measurable ROI.
