The Developer Winter Fellowship is an insight experience for students looking to accelerate their personal and technical growth in preparation for a successful, impactful career in tech. This is a self-guided, remote program during which you will have the unique opportunity to build groundbreaking projects using Palantir's AI Platform - AIP, during your university's winter break. The program officially runs from December 16, 2024-January 10, 2025. For the first time ever, Fellowship winners will have an expedited path toward a 2025 Summer Internship or Full-Time Role at Palantir. All participants will receive a certificate of participation, a special Palantir swag item, and a guaranteed expedited application review for 2025 summer internship or new grad roles at Palantir. Following the conclusion of the program and presentations, the top winning projects will be selected & invited to one of our US offices for an evening amongst Palantirians, a special presentation of the winning projects, and the opportunity to meet with our hiring managers.
