About The Position

Acrisure is seeking a Palantir Platform Governance Lead to join our growing team in Atlanta or Austin. The role involves implementing and operating the platform governance model, including permissioning, compliance, and audit controls across Palantir Foundry, AIP, and the Ontology. The successful candidate will administer identity and access management, enforce technical compliance, manage IT service ownership, and deliver platform enablement through various support mechanisms.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in platform governance, platform security, or information risk roles.
  • 2+ years administering Palantir Foundry and AIP at scale, including Control Panel, Organizations, Roles, Approvals, and Resource Management.
  • Experience operating in regulated environments (insurance, financial services, healthcare) with proven audit success.
  • Delivered and maintained RBAC models and periodic access reviews.
  • Strong governance, compliance, and security mindset with a practical, developer-friendly approach.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data/AI, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  • Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry + AIP + Ontology from a governance transformation perspective.
  • Expertise in SAML/OIDC identity federation, Okta/Azure AD integration, and cross-org collaboration models.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Data & AI Governance leadership within the insurance/reinsurance sectors.
  • Familiarity with enterprise data strategy and governance operating models.
  • Prior collaboration with Platform Leads in formalized programs.
  • Postgraduate degree and/or certifications in cloud architecture, data governance, or cybersecurity.
  • Palantir Foundry and AIP certifications.
  • FinOps knowledge, including budget tracking, usage analysis, and chargeback strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and operate the platform governance model, including permissioning, compliance, and audit controls across Palantir Foundry, AIP, and the Ontology.
  • Administer identity and access management, including group-role mapping, access reviews, and reusable access templates.
  • Enforce technical compliance, retention policies, and audit-readiness through change management and control processes.
  • Manage IT service ownership and FinOps responsibilities, including resource queues, budgets, usage transparency, and showback reporting.
  • Align Ontology governance with data sensitivity and least-privilege principles.
  • Deliver platform enablement through tiered support, office hours, runbooks, and micro-trainings.
  • Coordinate secure external and cross-organization access in collaboration with partners and legal/security teams.
