About The Position

Join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality, finished products! As a Paint Line Loader/Unloader, you’ll ensure components move through the paint process efficiently and accurately. If you’re detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the job for you.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to pass basic math and measuring assessments.
• Familiarity with PC navigation, scanning, and data entry.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions in English (translation assistance available upon request).
• Skilled in reading tape measures.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to multitask.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Load or unload components from the overhead conveyor according to production schedules.
• Hang and remove parts based on size and style, ensuring proper sequence.
• Handle unpainted parts as a loader and painted parts as an unloader.
• Package finished products as required.
• Follow all safety protocols, including start-up/shut-down procedures and ergonomic practices.
• Read and follow electronic and written shop orders.
• Perform quality inspections and maintain accurate documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist in other work areas as needed.
• Use Spacesaver’s ERP system for shop order management and production reporting.
• Adhere to scheduled work hours and be available for overtime when needed.
