About The Position

360 Painting is a reputable and growing painting company specializing in both residential and commercial projects. We are currently seeking skilled and reliable painting subcontractors to join our team and contribute to our continued success. All 360° Painting locations are independently owned and operated. All positions identified here are positions offered by individual 360° Painting franchisees who will interview, hire, pay, manage, etc. the person who is hired for that respective position at each specific location. This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive and the employee will also perform other reasonably related business duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor and other management as required. Requirements

• Ability to be on time and maintain a schedule
• Communication skill
• Minimum of 2 years of professional painting experience
• Proven experience in both residential and commercial painting projects
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must provide own tools and equipment
• General liability insurance required; worker’s compensation insurance preferred
• High Energy and Durability

Responsibilities

• Meet schedule and quality standards and expectations of each customer
• Provide extraordinary customer experience in addition to quality work
• Complete necessary jobsite paperwork
• Work as a team with other members of the 360 Painting staff
• Perform interior and exterior painting for residential and commercial properties
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers as needed
• Mix and match paints to achieve desired colors and finishes
• Apply paint using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and client expectations
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Communicate effectively with project managers and clients
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations
