Requirements

• Experience working as a painting subcontractor
• At least 3 local references that can be contacted by phone
• Clean vehicle without advertising
• Fluent in English (speak and read)
• Ownership of standard painting tools
• Experience with basic carpentry repairs for exterior work (e.g., replacing rotten trim)

Responsibilities

• Standard interior and exterior painting for owner-occupied homes
• Control dust and overspray
• Sheetrock repairs
