The Opportunity We are looking for a proven A-player in Painting Sales — someone who consistently drives $100K+ in monthly project volume and is ready for the next challenge . Requirements

Proven record of $100K+/month in painting or related project sales.
3+ years of in-home/commercial sales experience in painting or home improvement.
Knowledge of paint products, materials, suppliers, and local sourcing.
Strong negotiation, leadership, and customer service skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with ambition to grow into leadership/partnership roles.

Responsibilities

Meet with homeowners, property managers, and commercial clients from exclusive inbound leads.
Present and sell professional interior & exterior painting solutions with strong closing skills.
Manage the full project cycle: sales → estimate → crew management → client satisfaction.
Build, manage, and expand your own painting crew(s).
Ensure projects meet the highest quality, compliance, and customer standards.
