Your Role: Where Precision Meets People
As a Project Consultant, you will manage the vital first phase of our "Painting Done Right" promise. Your daily mission includes:
Consultative Sales: Meet with clients at their properties to survey projects, understand their needs, and recommend the best material and color options.
Expert Estimating: Utilize our proprietary Fresh Coat Branded software to create fast, accurate estimates for labor and materials.
The Final Word: Act as the primary authority on project calculations, analysis, and estimate adjustments to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
Professional Presentations: Communicate project timelines and proposal costs in person, turning prospects into happy clients.
Seamless Hand-offs: Ensure the Project Manager and Crew Team Leader have every detail they need for a flawless execution.
Business Growth: Actively seek out new opportunities through local networking events, strategic marketing tactics, and professional outreach.

Requirements

• Preferred background in painting or home services; proven success in sales and customer relations.
• Reliable personal transportation is required to travel to client sites and networking events.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills—you know how to listen as well as you know how to explain.
• The ability to manage your own schedule and operate effectively in the field without constant supervision.
• Strong critical thinking and organizational skills to ensure every estimate is "Done Right."
• Comfortable learning and using our branded estimating and project management software.

Responsibilities
