About The Position
This position is responsible for completing the main powder coating process. The employee will work in a booth setting utilizing a spray gun to coat the product, determine project requirements according to blueprints and instructions, and work closely with production, management, and quality assurance personnel to adhere to established quality standards. The role also involves upkeep of coating equipment to ensure daily functionality and performing all other duties as assigned.
