About The Position
At The Scion Group, we're changing what student housing means. It's bigger than beds and buildings. It's about providing unique experiences and creating communities - both on and off campus - that feel like less like a place and more like a home. We are in search of a Painter Technician who provides a customer-centric approach to an assigned property with a focus on the practical and aesthetic benefits of painting for interior and exterior of structures, buildings, interior corridors and other structures. Under the direction of the General Manager/Maintenance Supervisor, the Painter Technician will maintain a schedule for completing general painting upkeep and aesthetic of the assigned property.
