As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a hardworking, dependable individual to join our 1st Shift Paint Department. What You’ll Do: Apply paint using a manual process for consistent coverage. Monitor parts as they move through the cure oven for final finishing. Inspect finished components to ensure they meet quality standards. Maintain a clean work environment in the paint booths. Follow safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work environment. This position requires repeated bending, lifting, reaching, and squatting. Qualified candidates will also be required to lift a maximum of 50 pounds consistently.
