About The Position

The Painter - 3 works as part of a team performing multiple duties related to the production of painted products. Assigned tasks and teams will vary based on business needs. Starting pay at $19.25/hr. Plus, receive pay increases at 90 days and 6 months. Typical schedule 1st Shift Monday - Thursday 6:00 am - 3:30 pm with Friday overtime as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to interpret and follow production orders.
• Familiarity with paint technology and quality standards.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Problem-solving, adaptability, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate respectfully in a team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Related experience preferred.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Operate paint equipment requiring close control and adjustment according to production orders.
• Paint wood and/or metal components and finished products.
• Maintain required records and understand paint and solvent chemistry.
• Perform preventative maintenance per established schedules and maintain good housekeeping.
• Demonstrate flexibility in work hours, including overtime as needed.
• Comply with all safety, quality, and production requirements and procedures.
• Rotate to other positions as needed and perform additional duties as assigned.
