About The Position
Understands and responds to internal guests needs. Communicates in a friendly, respectful and understandable manner. Politely gives consistent, timely and accurate information and finds answer when unsure. Uses outlined service behaviors when encountering guests. Meets expected service delivery times as defined by department’s service standards or as required by receiver of service or goods. Is a team player, cooperates with employees within the department as well as other departments. Speaks positively about the company, co-workers and guests. $30.60 Per Hour
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Complete knowledge of all paints, varnishes, lacquers, etc. and their application and maintenance required.
- Five years previous experience and journeyman painter.
- Must possess a valid New Jersey driver's license.
- NJ CER REQUIRED
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all preparation necessary to ensure proper application of paints, varnishes, sealers, and rust proofing.
- Plans maintenance program to include all facets of structural and cosmetic qualities of all necessary areas.
- Receives, evaluates and executes work orders to a predetermined level.
- Assists in evaluating and determining necessary procedures required in various areas of maintenance, weather protection and heavy traffic areas.
- Maintains preventive maintenance program.
- A security escort is required should these persons perform these functions in a restricted casino area.
