About The Position

The Painter is responsible for all painting projects and assignments in public areas, back of house and guest rooms to ensure an aesthetically pleasing, safe, efficient, well-maintained hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain (paint, wallpaper, plaster, etc.) all public areas and guest rooms on an on-going basis
• Keep the hotel decor in good condition
• Clean all work areas after completing job
• Have a thorough understanding of fire alarm procedures and other emergencies
• Have a thorough understanding of Hotel rules and regulations
• Other duties as assigned or required
• Keep outside curbs painted
• Keep all guest corridors in good repair
