Requirements

2-3 years of experience in industrial painting or a related field
Familiarity with warehouse operations
Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
Mechanical knowledge for equipment setup and maintenance
Ability to operate a forklift for material handling tasks
Skill in assembling components after painting processes
Familiarity with precision measuring instruments for accurate work
Basic math skills for measurements and calculations

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles is a plus
Experience with auto body repair techniques is beneficial

Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying appropriate primers
Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired shades
Apply paint using various methods such as brushes, rollers, or spray guns
Ensure quality control by inspecting finished work for imperfections
Maintain painting equipment and tools in good working condition
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working
