High School or GED Equivalent
one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Demonstrates ability to understand types, grades of paints, colors, and tints.
Demonstrates ability and applies all types of paint, varnish, and/or stains and properly stipple application of paint.
Demonstrates ability to properly prepare surfaces for pant application.
Demonstrates ability and performs taping, plastering, and caulking.
Demonstrates ability and repairs various types of flooring.
Demonstrates ability and repairs various types of ceiling tile.
Demonstrates ability to work at an extended height, on a ladder or a platform, or in tight spaces.
