About The Position

The Automotive Painter will prep, mask, match color and paint vehicles in accordance with factory and dealership specifications. The Painter plays a key role in delivering our Collision promise of speed, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Knowledge of manufacturers’ repair processes.
• Must maintain a valid state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Check body work and primer repair areas.
• Paint surfaces after performing body repairs.
• Communicate directly with the Estimator on any parts and additional supplies needed.
• Maintenance of the Spray Booth, mixing room, compressors, and dryers.
• Keep company in good standing with EPA standards.
• Keeps personal work area organized.
• Oversees the paint prep department.
• Give direction to ensure quality and accomplish daily goals.
