Requirements

• Strong work ethic and reliability.

• Comfortable with physical work and being on your feet.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred for certain roles).
• Painting experience is a plus — but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces (sanding, scraping, patching, priming).
• Paint interior and exterior walls, trim, and detailed finishes.
• Protect job sites and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Use and maintain hand and power tools properly.
• Work efficiently while delivering high-quality craftsmanship.
• Communicate professionally with team members and clients.
• Follow safety standards and company procedures.
