About the Job Perform tasks/operate machines and equipment (such as: cut, shape, and form metal). Prepare machine set up e.g. rigging, picking mtrl, loading programs, starting orders, reviewing manufacturing documents. Responsible for finishing painting work (including parts and products), where lifting and climbing in confined space operations is required. Process according to work orders, control quality. Complete production orders: report orders, check quality, package, stock. Identify and judge the potential safety hazards of human behavior or equipment, and put forward improvement suggestions for the current methods. Judge product quality independently according to quality requirements. Independently perform operator maintenance and repair unqualified products independently. Execute production work according to ALPS standard and participate in continuously improvements.
