About The Position
In this position, you'll have the opportunity to: Spray paint a variety of parts to produce appropriate finishes on doors. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Good computer skills and knowledge
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- No Felony conviction in past 7 year
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work with team to meet common goals
Nice To Haves
- Experience with air-power hand tools and paint guns desired
Responsibilities
- Ensure quality of product by performing visual inspection of all materials prior to painting
- Perform the painting operations by spraying parts per the work instructions
- Ability to troubleshoot solutions for equipment issues and apply them
- Consistently meet all quality requirements
- Ability to maintain a consistent, steady pace of work
- Ensure quality of paint and thinners used by performing viscosity checks and keeping a log of daily checks
- Ability to mix chemicals and stains as required per product specifications
- Willingness to be flexible and rotate w/ other team members as needed
- Assist with Paint Kitchen Attendant responsibilities as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
