About the role To repair and maintain the front and back of house by painting, decorating and carrying out minor glazing and building repairs.

Requirements

High School Diploma, trade school or equivalent experience.
Three months to one full year of employment in related position with Four Seasons or other organizations.
Requires technical knowledge of building painting, wall repair and maintenance.
Working knowledge is generally learned on-the-job or through a series of professional certifications.
Requires knowledge of the ability to operate computer equipment.
Ability to read, speak and write English.

Responsibilities

Maintain front and back of house areas of the hotel to reflect luxury standards.
Undertake any duties required outside the hotel building, on the hotel grounds, as required, to ensure that all areas of the property are maintained to the required standard.
Be fully conversant with all the colours and finishes used on property and ensure sufficient stock are available at all times.
Respond to internal hotel communications promptly.
Follow the Perfect Room Maintenance Program.
Maintain all equipment and the cleanliness and organization of the workshop, plant room, and all areas in the Engineering Department.
Comply with and enforce Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
