ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Daily maintenance of wallpaper, paint, and furniture. Touch-up hotel, casino, back of house, restaurants and throughout facility. Repainting of curbs, traffic stripes and directional signs throughout facility. Maintain all finishes throughout hotel, casino, back of house and restaurants. Repair and repaint exterior structure and doors. Assist in all special projects. Ability to use airless spraying equipment. Ability to mix and match colors. Handling and disposal of all hazardous waste associated with shop. Take a leadership role in reporting and correcting unsafe work practices or unsafe facility conditions. Must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies. Perform other duties as assigned. Able to be alert in a high-risk environment; follow detailed procedures and ensure accuracy in documentation and data; carefully monitor gauges, instruments, or processes; concentrate on routine work details and organize and maintain a system of records.
