About The Position

We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to help keep our beautiful community fresh, welcoming, and dignified for the seniors who call it home.

Requirements

• Proven painting experience in residential or commercial settings
• Attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior painting projects across our campus including apartments, hallways, common areas, and community spaces
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching holes, and priming walls or ceilings
• Ensure all work meets high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness
• Communicate with supervisors and team members to prioritize tasks and complete projects on time
• Assist with minor drywall repairs, caulking, and other surface preparation as needed
• Follow safety guidelines and use protective gear appropriately
