In this position, you’ll have the opportunity to: Spray paint a variety of parts to produce appropriate finishes on doors. Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Ensure quality of product by performing visual inspection of all materials prior to painting Perform the painting operations by spraying parts per the work instructions Ability to troubleshoot solutions for equipment issues and apply them Consistently meet all quality requirements Ability to maintain a consistent, steady pace of work Ensure quality of paint and thinners used by performing viscosity checks and keeping a log of daily checks Ability to mix chemicals and stains as required per product specifications Willingness to be flexible and rotate w/ other team members as needed o Assist with Paint Kitchen Attendant responsibilities as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Health, Safety, and Environmental Therma Tru Corporation is committed to providing a safe workplace and promoting the health and safety of its associates.
