Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Requires current knowledge of various federal, state, local, OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and Joint Commission codes and regulations.
• May require a valid Indiana driver's license with proof of insurance.
• May be required to furnish own hand tools.
• Requires a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.

Nice To Haves

• Trade experience in finishing, painting or graphic arts preferred.
• Must have the ability to exhibit good visual acuity with full color perception.

Responsibilities

• Installs all types of wall coverings and finishes, including paint, wallpaper, vinyl, trim work and borders.
• Finishes, sands and primes drywall.
• Paints, varnishes and stains, building surfaces, equipment and fixtures with appropriate finish materials.
• Repairs damaged walls and wall coverings.
• Performs basic layout, design, ordering and estimating of jobs.
• Maintains inventory stock and supplies.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
