The role involves working on various properties, requiring extensive knowledge of painting techniques, drywall repair, and safety protocols. Requirements

• At least 10 years of proven experience in painting, stucco, and drywall.
• Extensive knowledge in residential and commercial painting techniques.
• Strong communication skills.
• High standard of integrity and professionalism.
• Drug-free at all times.
• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to climb ladders to heights up to 15 ft.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must have a van or truck and own tools.

Nice To Haves

• Experience matching stain and applying it to woodwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and commercial painting, both interior and exterior.
• Match paint for interior drywall and exterior stucco and trim.
• Repair drywall as needed.
• Match stain and apply to woodwork when required.
• Paint railings and fascia as part of the job duties.
• Adhere to job site safety protocols and complete company-specific safety orientation.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
