About The Position
Description Responsibilities: Preparation: Assist painters with the preparation of vehicles for painting, including masking, sanding, and priming. Cleaning: Clean and degrease vehicle surfaces to ensure proper paint adhesion. Material Handling: Handle and store paints, solvents, and other painting supplies. Equipment Maintenance: Help maintain painting equipment, such as spray guns and air compressors. Safety: Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment. Requirements Qualifications: Physical Fitness: Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work in a physically demanding environment. Attention to Detail: Meticulous and organized with a strong focus on accuracy and quality. Mechanical Aptitude: Basic understanding of automotive mechanics and tools. Team Player: Ability to work effectively with others in a fast-paced environment.
