Requirements

Schedule availability to include weekdays, weeknights and weekends
Experience working in painting – 2 years or more preferred
Friendly, energetic and detail-oriented
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Strong sense of urgency and initiative

Responsibilities

Communicate clearly and perform consistently following the mission and values of the organization in our enthusiastic work environment
Serve as the in-house painter and apply touch up paint to guest rooms and public areas as needed
Primary resource for scheduled painting projects including conducting inventory and maintaining life cycle of paint supplies
Passionately maintain a high level of cleanliness and safety at all times
Promptly handle all guest and staff member requests that relate to equipment, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.
Maintain accurate ordering and stocking levels
Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to efficiently perform required maintenance and service
Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties
Detect faulty operations, defective material and report any unusual situations
