About The Position

Requirements

• Proven experience in painting, renovation, or general labor roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is essential for completing tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of color theory is a plus for making informed decisions on paint selection.
• Experience in reading schematics will be beneficial for understanding project layouts.
• A background in maintenance person services or maintenance work is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Experience in residential painting for at least 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers as needed.
• Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes to various surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
• Assist in renovation projects by performing tasks such as plastering and drywall repair.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition; ensure proper usage of hand tools and power tools.
• Read and interpret schematics to understand project requirements and specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
• Follow safety protocols while working on job sites to ensure a safe working environment.
• Perform fixture installation as required for various projects.
