Painting & Maintenance Duties: Prepare surfaces for painting (cleaning, sanding, patching, priming) Apply paint, stain, or coatings to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces Touch up and maintain painted areas as needed Assist with minor repairs and general maintenance tasks Safely use and maintain painting tools and equipment Wipe down and clean the machines Run the automatic floor scrubber Other janitorial work needed

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day
Experienced in operating scissor lifts and working at heights safely
Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to work independently and follow instructions

Nice To Haves

Previous janitorial and/or painting experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces for painting (cleaning, sanding, patching, priming)
Apply paint, stain, or coatings to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces
Touch up and maintain painted areas as needed
Assist with minor repairs and general maintenance tasks
Safely use and maintain painting tools and equipment
Wipe down and clean the machines
Run the automatic floor scrubber
Other janitorial work needed
