Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in painting or construction preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing surfaces for painting, including sanding, scraping, and cleaning
• Mix paint and other materials according to specifications
• Apply paint to surfaces using brushes, rollers, and spray guns
• Clean and maintain painting equipment and tools
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
