About The Position
We are seeking entry level and experienced Commercial and Industrial Painters ASAP! Pay $15-$19/HR to start. Duties Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, grinding, or masking to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Apply primers, paints, coatings, and finishes using airless spray equipment, brushes, or rollers. Use precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and surface conditions before painting. Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety protocols related to working with chemicals, power tools, and heavy machinery. Conduct inspections of finished work for quality assurance and touch up as necessary. Assist with materials inventory management and proper storage of paints, solvents, and related supplies.
Requirements
- Prior experience in industrial, construction or commercial painting is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with manufacturing environments including warehouse operations is Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, airless paint sprayers, and welding equipment.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to coating thicknesses.
