Requirements

• Must have high energy and be motivated to learn
• Possess a positive attitude
• Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Able to take direction from supervisor
• Work well within a team environment

Responsibilities

• Painting industrial equipment with paint sprayer
• Set up of industrial pieces and prep for paint
• Complete daily tasks assigned by Foreman
• Ensure attention to detail and follow safety standards
• Responsible for shop cleanliness
• Cleaning of raw steel and equipment parts
• Work with other departments as needed
