About The Position

We are looking for passionate, hard-working individuals to join our production staff. The position involves performing various tasks in the Paint and Utility Shops related to cleaning, preparation for painting, and painting. The role requires safely loading, unloading, moving, maintaining, receiving, and shipping all sizes of machines and equipment without damage. The job also involves operating forklifts and cranes to load, unload, and move materials and components.

Requirements

• Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent
• 0-2 years of related experience
• Ability to read and write, follow work orders and specific instructions

Responsibilities

• Applies paint in proper protective or cosmetic manner
• Assists in hanging or removing parts on conveyor lines for paint booth
• Paints a variety of items as required by process requirements
• Cleans and maintains equipment
• Cleans booth and changes filters
• Uses PPE including respirator or air make-up devices
• Exercises good housekeeping in work area
• Observes good safety practices in performance of job
• Performs other job duties as assigned by Supervisor or Team Leader
