We’re looking for a detail-oriented Paint Touch Up & Electromechanical Assembler to join our team full-time! This role combines small-part assembly, light soldering, adhesive bonding, and fine paint touch-up to ensure our products meet both functional and cosmetic aerospace standards. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Minimum 1 year of assembly experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on soldering experience with small, detailed components
  • Experience performing fine paint touch-up or cosmetic surface finishing on parts
  • Experience working with adhesives, epoxies, or bonding materials
  • Ability to read and follow blueprints and work instructions
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
  • High attention to detail and quality workmanship
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions and blueprints

  • Background in aerospace or electronic component manufacturing

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and solder small electrical components according to work instructions and technical drawings
  • Mix, apply, and cure epoxies and adhesives using taping, fixturing, and oven processes
  • Remove masking materials and perform detailed paint touch-up to correct surface defects, ensuring parts meet cosmetic and workmanship standards prior to quality inspection
  • Visually inspect finished parts for color consistency, surface quality, and detail accuracy
  • Operate hand tools, soldering irons, and basic measuring/testing equipment
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety and quality procedures
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management
  • Comply with all DG safety procedures and policies as directed by the Facility Engineer/Safety Director
