About The Position

General Overview: Painting various types of helmets, face guards, extensions. Mixes paint components to an approved formulation using UTECH/BASECOAT/SPECTRACHROME systems.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and execute work orders
• Understands the importance of mixing toners to an approved formulation.
• Ability to follow work instructions/SOP.
• Possesses excellent attention to details.
• Must be able to communicate effectively.
• Ability to adapt and change as business needs change daily.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Comfortable standing for long periods of time; majority of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Sanding, painting and preparation of helmets and helmet components.
• Mixing paint toners to a specific approved formulation.
• Prepping and application.
• Maintains a clean room environment.
• Follow all environmental guidelines set by DNR/government standards.
• All other duties as requested.
• May be assigned to various other areas or departments when needed to meet company goals.
