Requirements

  • Possess good oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with other individuals throughout the organization.
  • Recommended 3 -5 years of experience in a mechanical field.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate when tasks are complete so next phase of the project can begin.
  • Ensure work environment is safe and clean.
  • Promote company values, vision, and mission.
  • Demonstrated capability and competency in field of expertise.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with other individuals throughout the organization.
  • Possesses fundamental aircraft knowledge.
  • Builds quality capability and responsiveness for Avmax.
  • Carry out required task for aircraft paint projects on customer and company aircraft under the supervision of a qualified technician or Lead Technician.
  • Completely and accurately sign off work in progress documentation and work cards for work accomplished.
  • Report unserviceable equipment to assigned Lead Technician and/or delegate.
  • Notify Lead Technician of all defects discovered during maintenance.
  • Attend training courses as directed by company management.
