Process may use a machine equipped with chemical dip tanks or hand sprayers and conveyor line. Job Description:

Requirements

• Equivalent combination of education and experience to perform the above duties.
• Capacity to safely lift a minimum of 20 lbs. and a maximum of 40 lbs. and push carts weighing up to 140 lbs.
• Ability to comprehend written policies, procedures and safety instructions.
• Ability to read and execute manufacturing specifications.
• Excellent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Transfer stock to and from storage.
• Stage raw material load for processing.
• Perform Machine set-up, adjustments, calibrations and first piece check.
• Load and unload parts from machine or finish lines.
• Meet MFG specification requirements for paint, stain or lacquer in finished application.
• Count and record part quantities.
• Keep equipment clean, oiled and greased.
• Follows health and safety standards.
• Maintains a clean workstation and production floor.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.
