About The Position

Join Our Team as a Paint Shop Supervisor! Corcoran Glass & Paint, Inc. is seeking a dependable and organized Paint Shop Supervisor to support our paint division operations. In this role, you will coordinate materials, manage equipment inventory, and ensure timely delivery and pick-up of materials for field employees and job sites. What You’ll Do As a Paint Shop Supervisor, your responsibilities will include: Reviewing current jobs daily to ensure accurate equipment is prepared and available for delivery. Coordinating with field employees and paint division management to determine job site equipment needs. Communicating daily expectations with shop leadership. Loading and unloading trucks with equipment and materials for job sites. Delivering correct equipment to the appropriate job sites in a timely manner. Inspecting returned equipment to verify quantities, cleanliness, and readiness for reuse. Maintaining inventory of paint equipment, identifying items that need repair or replacement. Tracking paint and paint supply inventory to ensure adequate stock levels. Monitoring and maintaining hazardous waste storage and disposal procedures in compliance with regulations. Performing general maintenance and repairs on paint equipment. Unloading incoming materials and loading finished materials for outgoing jobs. Assisting in shop operations when not completing deliveries. Performing additional duties as needed to support operations. Inspecting and maintaining company vehicles (fuel, oil, tires, lights, brakes) and reporting mechanical issues. Following all traffic laws and company transportation procedures.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required).
The ability to pull trailers safely.
Experience safely operating forklifts.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills.
The ability to work independently without direct supervision.
Reliability and a high level of trustworthiness.
The ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
Flexibility in work schedule as business needs require.
