About The Position

The position involves being a specialist for Simatic S7 controller, 2K paint supply equipment technology, robot control and programming, flaming, parts recognition, ESTA technology, and various special tasks. This includes managing the Paint Shop Electronic Steering System with data storage systems on skid.

Requirements

• Mechatronic engineer or several years of experience as an industrial electronics technician.
• Experience with various types of industrial robots.
• Programming skills and experience.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of Robot Controllers ABB, Kuka, B + M.
• Comprehensive programming knowledge.
• Experience in robot installation and parameterization.
• Ability to build up structure, function, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot robot electrics and mechanics.
• Experience with PLC Simatic S7.
• Training for frequency converter for Danfoss, Lenze, and SEW FU's.

Responsibilities

• Take care of the application controls for all robots with their programming.
• Relieve the plant electrician in staff shortages.
• Perform robot flaming, ESTA high rotation on the robot, media and camera recognition, and implement numerous technical innovations.
• Troubleshoot all faults related to robots, excluding ink supply issues.
• Perform technical changes and improvements in consultation with the supervisor.
• Introduce and support new technologies in application and colorimetry.
• Maintain Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV).
