About The Position

Ring's End, Inc. is hiring a full-time Paint Sales Associate to help the retail team keep paint organized and up to speed. This role ensures smooth retail operations through the movement of store merchandise from point-of-order to point-of-customer receipt. The associate provides direct and indirect service to customers and maintains appropriate inventory levels on the floor and in the stockroom. Responsibilities also include checking in shipments and store orders for accuracy, completeness, and quality condition, checking incoming or outgoing shipments, keeping accurate records and files, preparing the store for opening and closing, keeping items in good condition, guiding other workers, and assisting where needed.

Requirements

• Flexible and adaptable to the changes that may affect position
• Ability to quickly count and use simple addition
• Ability to meet physical requirements, including the ability to lift 100 lbs. and be on your feet all day
• Ability to use current technology and show an aptitude for learning new programs
• Have a clean driving record
