About The Position

Penske Rapid Repair, a member of the Penske Automotive Group family, is looking for an experienced Paint Protection Film (PPF) Technician dedicated to providing precision service to create an extraordinary customer experience! WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Experience installing paint protection film (PPF) and/or window tint on vendor, customer, and dealership vehicles, using quality products and industry-standard techniques to ensure precise, high-quality results. Ability to perform PPF tasks such as surface prep, pattern cutting (hand-cut or plotter), alignment, installation, trimming, and post-installation finishing. Familiarity with shop software systems to enter, update, and verify job information before, during, and after each PPF or tint installation. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify imperfections, ensure clean installs, and maintain consistent workmanship. A genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience and representing the dealership professionally. Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, and a positive "team player" attitude.
