About The Position

Diamond Vogel has an excellent full-time opportunity in our Production Department for a Blender/Mixer at our Menomonee Falls, WI facility. This position plays an important role in ensuring our high-quality coatings are produced safely, efficiently, and consistently. Shift: Monday through Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM (Fridays as needed for overtime)

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Manufacturing, blending, or mixing experience preferred, but not required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Nice To Haves

Basic mechanical aptitude or familiarity with production equipment a plus.

Responsibilities

Accurately pull, measure, and mix raw materials according to batch specifications.
Operate mixing and blending equipment safely and efficiently.
Follow all written instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
Maintain accurate records of batches, materials, and production data.
Assist with material handling, transferring, and packaging of finished goods.
Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and the lab to ensure smooth workflow.
Keep a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
Participate in continuous improvement and safety initiatives.
